The Otter is known for its Parmesan-crusted walleye and prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights. The quaint town of Ottertail (the population equals 572) is “Otter the Ordinary” according to the Ottertail Business Person’s Association. Kids of all ages can get their photo taken with a 12-foot tall Otter made of discarded lawnmower blades near downtown Ottertail.
